When I saw the cats in my first Monster Hunter I concluded that cats were simply another tribal race alongside humans. They spoke and held jobs. They acted like humans.
I’m seeing the “cat” stereotypes creeping in more and more every game with Rise being the latest extreme.
Wow, pushing the stereotype us Black people steal from others…
Good job, also the original is better than this lazy blackwashed version…
Anya is perfect the way she is… https://t.co/olpy4hWFHC
@LemonCreamPie1 @yourgayerFriend I've been drawing my main sona since before I ever looked at twitter, and before this stereotype was a thing, but everytime I see the "big bust big thighs thigh highs" twitter OCs, I always wonder if she's considered that, even though she's based on my body type lmao.
1- I respect artists works. But just to clarify, artists need to stop always including bones to concepts art related/inspired to/on/in african culture. Those ideas pretty much cames from racists stereotypes comparing us to prehistorical humans and underdeveloped civilisations.
Bun Bun Guardians + stereotype bunny with carrots + their significant flowers finished (intentionally leave sketchy with rough colours as usual)

@marzzz420 Stereotype goth girl unicorn girl, they are girlfriends
【UTAU】The vocal synth of the hour is Erufu Aino.
One of the FINloids, Aino is an utauloid based off stereotypes of Finnish people. Though she may seem cold and aloof, she is just a daydreamer, and is kind and polite.
Aino is an elf girl.
I feel like gaydars have become the socially acceptable way to apply stereotypes to people.
@Cosmicplayzoff Not at all. I have characters of various races. The only issue comes from them being harmful stereotypes or being racist depictions of other races. Just be respectful and mot racist and you should be fine ( some examples of my own characters who all are of different races )
I was (unfortunately) reminded of the existence of Barnabas from the Genshin webtoon, who appears to be Mihoyo's attempt to condense every racist West/South Asian stereotype into a single character.
Saw #Furryart trending and figured I may as well jump in and contribute to a stereotype.
Happy #PortfolioDay! I want to tell stories that inspire kids to be their best selves & defy gender stereotypes. I love playing with color and dramatic lighting! 😊 (New to Twitter, nice to meet you!)
posting this loud an proud for people to see (not in a positive light). this character was the one neffertity was "apoligizing" for
she embodies so many stereotypes i dont know why she even thought this was okay. of course she couldve listened to poc people but thats soooo hard
How much can this type of character be used?
kingdom character design overloaded.
Why are all nb cookies fandom draws as men?
Why are all buff women called lesbians? It's a misogynistic stereotype.
Why people hates muscle cookie(( https://t.co/ICKujLb1nu
Delphine Lebourgeois has often represented her female subjects as armies of rebellious women, shouting their anger at the patriarchy and stereotypes. See her works https://t.co/Wsfzk3JrLj

New character concept art! I got her from https://t.co/iQU3PRsGk0 and she's a villain that crushes stereotypes.

Same goes for Nadia from the Arcana. Not going to turn this into discourse about the game, but the game is rampant with orientalism and these characters are rife with stereotypes. This game has unfortunately influenced a lot of ⚪️ artists and it shows in a lot of design choices.
@Coatl I just realized there’s a character in my comic who half falls into that. But beyond the maroon hoodie, he doesn’t really fall into any of those stereotypes. He has a Spanish name but doesn’t actually know the language.
