I wouldn't necessarily use the term "skimpy" but damn, I think they made Dawn's dress shorter than what it was in the games (which was also too short don't get me wrong). I'm glad Masters kinda fixed it
But really, I can't sing enough praises for Ys IX's designs especially the girls.
Neither of them have overtly skimpy outfits or are comically busty, the things that I find have plagued its sister series, but you KNOW that they look gorgeous.
