Process. Ultimately opted to use shapes and conventions I've been using in the level architecture (sharp rising points, floating elements, simple geometry). Also wanted more clearly separate elements to make animation easier.

Titan interior too red, rest cool. Nice values, I played a lot with distance. I explained how to create distance, but not how to emphasise close elements like WHT in top panel or Jean in bottom: I added a multiply bm layer over those elements, multiply makes darker and expressive

Actually they were doing a pretty good job with her outfit designs, all different but with familiar elements, but after Rev2 they just keep recycling the red jacket + jeans combo, in re2make and worst Infinite Darkness she literally has the exact same design as Rev2, just lazy.
