Who’s your favorite underrated character from both the mainstream Halo games and the books?

For me, I’d go with Sesa ‘Refumee and Xytan ‘Jar Wattinree. Sesa was intriguing in H2 and Xytan was a cool commander/politician. Shame both were killed too early on.
