Outlining your cel shaded shadows kinda slaps, learnt it from a certain Sango Harukawa illustration for BSD lol, it's a really nice way to add a little texture and variety without deviating from the cel shaded look without over complicating it!

this may seem like a small nitpick but i think the outline of the hand shouldve been continued here as the horns are on a different layer of depth than the hands (sorry if that didnt make sense or something)

it just looks like a spike is sprouting out of her hands like that

I lean mostly on the simpler design and the best I can do with detailed ones are still outline reliant. What I do admire most lately are those with overly detailed subject and background, like a medieval fantasy cityscape something.

Oooo its super cyuutte❤️🐣 if you wanna make it go popp! Then some hair and face highlights are in order plus giving more highlight to the eyes will help it come alive! Lastly it you wanna make it almost sticker-esc a nice thick outline will do wonders heres an example for some❤️
