FYI, I’m not sick nor it’s Covid. My throat is just really vulnerable to a change in weather and it takes forever to heal even with proper treatment.

Just when I thought things were looking good for me, I have now realised that at the moment I cannot stop coughing since yesterday and it killing my throat. The headaches have calmed down but my throat is killing me.

This sight probably look weird for y'all. but this is happened to me. I got flu after ate much spicy food without mineral water so that caused my throat became dry plus my decrease my body immune. In my snout/nose called flu inhaler.
