i traced and re-colored the montgomery ricky album cover for my ipad background and i think the colors look very cool and i wanted to share

But I used to use bases and trace over those (the bases I traced over, I gave credits and I had permission to do so)
I had no idea how to shade, colour etc.

So improvement is getting somewhere lol

first of all, the art, it was from an Art contest to draw the mascot, Everos. at first, i thought it was traced, but later i confirmed that No, it was copied or heavily referenced. you can see: the wings, beak, pose, neck, etc.
