Progress gif! I wanted to use the same shading as the Joshua version of the hug as a parallel but I couldn’t figure out how to make it quite right, and then I drawn to use orange lighting as well but I wanted to make it blue/purple to stay closer to Neku’s colours

Here are two panels I liked without other panels/effects covering them. Did I spend too much time getting Joshua’s hair right in the last panel knowing effects might cover it up? Yes. Did I feel better after? Not really.
