I heavily recommend Sketchbook. It’s 20 bucks, and there’s downloadable brush libraries, the default brushes are super good already, and you can make your own brushes. I’m not at home so I can’t show brush settings, but here’s some examples I’ve done on the program.

My thoughts on episode 1 of are “shock and awe.” They came out dragons blazing with huge production values to win back skeptic Game of Thrones watchers while doing an excellent job of introducing new characters & setting up what will be a dark & tragic story.
