That’s how i do fluffy things on Procreate, mine is on spanish, but is the finger tool with a hard brush, you can add a nice effect to a simple shading.

Day 840: Bowser Jr.! Tonight's result was just a steady result. Nothing special about the process, simple coloring, no shading. I got it done quickly, because I wanted to get it done earlier. I'm trying to get in the habit of finishing these earlier so I can be more productive!
