The first change starts with the cover. It's reused art from WSJ 2021. The characters are slightly different to match their current design. Deku has his mid gauntlet, he's wearing his Z costume (which is dark green), Shigaraki has longer hair and a longer cape.

Peaky Angels from Mahoiku will be Yume & Fuyu (design based from Tokyo 2020 mascot). Fuyu as mid-season mascot.
Bebe will be Pudding (design like Bebe)
