Saddened to here that co-creator & illustrator of has passed away. met writer & editor René Goscinny in 1951, collaborating on many projects together. In 1959 they introduced Asterix to the world. Loved the reading the books when I was younger. RIP ✏

I feel bad to see Albert Uderzo died because I never got the chances to read the Asterix comics. They look interesting.

Asterix was my first introduction to the ancient world and Roman history. In my mind’s eye when I see Caesar, he still has a little of Albert Uderzo’s design. They were some of my most beloved reads as a child - not just as comics, but in general. Read all I could find. RIP.

Sorry to hear that Albert Uderzo, illustrator and co-creator of has passed away. How much history, geography, art and humour did we all learn from reading these fantastic books? And how to read Roman numerals.

Everyone should read one today. (By Toutatis)

Gute Reise!
