Thats right, Satoshi Kon's Paprika was not the only adaptation based on the novel made by Yasutaka Tsutsui. This manga was indeed made around 1994-1995. I still appreciate how the upcoming "The New Kid" adaptation in the second Frights Graphic Novel is using Withered GF's design.
