@Feinreil *offers wing hugs* Go outside, take a break, find some nature or a shady tree to get some rest near, listen to some music and take some time to escape. Sometimes a little fresh air and a long walk can be a path to the quickest reset when you're down. Either way it couldn't hurt^^
