@blanchethouse @skermanpdx @KGWNews one size fits all approach but the problem is the disconnect in services and goals in our city and who suffers those with nothing to give . I drove by a sweep today . Many of the residents weren’t even home to move there stuff . They will return to nothing and the trauma continue
