I'd also add that it's pretty hard to get it to make cool metal images. I think because they've limited it to PG source data. But with some experimenting you can do some cool stuff.

rigify is a built in blender thing for complex rig stuff. its pretty cool - it gives you a very simple rig that you set up into position then click 'generate' and it makes the complex rig based on it

but then it deletes all the shapekey drivers bc it overwrites the complex rig
