I'm a huge fan of Jaime's work & this collection honestly blows me away - I have no idea how she achieves such balance with this sharp, neon color palette. The pixels here simply look like liquid, as if they're about to drip off the screen.
Today I got the @songsofconquest Oathbound Legionnaire for you. Skeletons from a long lost empire are always a cool concept.

it's clunky, poorly balanced, the levels and enemy placement can be wack, there's so many bosses that feel like filler, it looks inconsistent, the shrine of amana exists

I thought this rendition was a nice mix of action and beauty, with the dynamic elements of the piece (hair, pose) well balanced with the static elements (Azuki body, sword). Add to this the contrasting colors and it’s safe to say this PFP was well-designed!

Such a serene rendition! I thought the color palette was well thought out, and the off-balance depiction of the Azuki to be well executed. My favorite aspect would be the contrast between the finely detailed Azuki and her blurry mystical background ^o^

From Spirit Azuki to Demon Spirit Azuki, this entry was an interesting transformation—and one that was well done in my opinion! The red horns contrasted well against the turquoise Spirit, and the yellow kimono & dark background provided great counterbalance.

Loving the combination of the fierce wink/one-eyed gaze and the unsheathing of the sword; in addition, I thought the voluminous nature of the hair did a great job in balancing the overall composition with its horizontal coverage.

A clean and flattering rendition of the original Spirit Azuki; I appreciated most the interspersed implementation of stars as they helped to create a sense of balance amidst the position of brighter and darker elements. Nice take!
