For me it's the color adjustment curve and level filter layers, and that *one* overlay layer with a saturated color. It allows me to change an entire color scheme with a few tweeks and I have never blessed krita more in my life.

-noise on top of everything in overlay mode 30-40% depending on the noise strength
-gaussian blur yes! hand painted not radial 😋
-also a touch of chromatic aberration on top
