Thread: Thomas Lawrence (1769-1830) was an inspired English portraitist whose work shows considerable dash & empathy with his sitters. His art, long unfashionable in Britain & Ireland is now being recognised as some of the finest of the Romantic period - take a look!
My Daily Shouts comic on The @NewYorker now up! Thank you so much Emma! Give it a read: https://t.co/lrfPXO4KdX ☃❄☕
Thread: Happy Birthday Norman Rockwell (1894-1978). His work is now recognised as fine art & critics have caught up with the public who have always loved his humane view of life. Girl with Black Eye (1953), Which One (1944) & Apollo 11 (1969)

#WizardWednesdays!
(Lets see how long this lasts)
To start off here's a #sketch of my DnD character "Brundin Black-Hands"; Wizard and trader in the business of displacing the arcane and esoteric (read: a thief).
I love #DnD it fills a creative void for me that no other game can.
Although far from finished, this is what I've been working on as of late.

Let's try something different... I'm gonna post an an OLD pitch bible to show what I've learned over the years. This is Sugarbomb, an abandoned reboot of my Flash series Hyperboy. It didn't work out, but I did repurpose a lot of this for Coconauts! I'll talk more in the thread:
Coconauts got such an amazing response (it already got fanart!) that I've decided to post the ENTIRE pitch bible and talk about the process of pitching! To anyone wondering: Planet Panic is NOT DEAD, these things just take time. More info in the thread:
Thread: Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920) was one of the most exciting painters of his time. An Italian & a Jew, the handsome artist captured the popular imagination in a tragically short life. He was a man of genius.
Thread: Edvard Munch (1863-1944) died on this day. He was the most famous Norwegian painter & his painting The Scream is world famous for capturing the angst of humanity. Let’s take a look at this great painter...
Commissions Thread: I will be posting some of my favourite completed commissions here! First up is the wonderful @roguemeg 😍💜
Finally got my tablet to work (read: downloaded the updated drivers from the website instead of using the disc)
Now I can finally draw lewds again. But uh, just have this for now.

Thread: I don’t write about illustrators too much, but want to bring you the Norwegian Theodor Kittelsen (1857-1914), who died on this day. I love how he created images of Norwegian mythology & tales that are as attractive today as when they were created. Watch out for trolls!
Best (anime) boys thread:
Kyo (Fruits Basket)
Mage (Dance with Devils)
Makoto (Free!)
Yuma (Diabolik Lovers)
Wow it's ANOTHER Tod redesign! It's really just markings-wise, but I also wanted to see how he'd look without his scars + missing eye (read: I didn't want to deal with drawing the 8 ball) so this acts as a bit of a "what if" for if his parents didn't die!
