Current WIP

Cel Shading is coming along. Starting to just feel it and go instead of wondering about the thousands of ways I can do it wrong.

I'll absolutely be real, one thing I absolutely miss of cel animation is definitely the amazing backlit techniques you could use with them
It was super complicated to use tho, given that means film exposing and stuff.. BUT it looks so much more realistic, I can't get enough of it

Based on a dream I'll explore more. Local delinquent himbo Koji (left) bullies the 'weird kid' Yasuo (right) because he's secretly obsessed with him. Decided to try and make it look like a cel a bit.

It's beyond me how this looks more rendered than previous knots despite not having as many layers and following the same rules :l I even had to erase some layers since this is supposed to look cel-shading

Drew myself a new profile pic of "myself", tried to go full cel style shading for this and I think it went well. I stare into your soul(tm) now lol

Sent off a couple of commissions, gonna spend tonight finishing coloring this big dude, Cousin's second eldest son Kal'thnde, and Jagged-Tooth's bigger younger brother. Mostly bc he's been sitting around and I wanted to try and do some cel-shadey examples.

Do you see no ghost in me at all

Oh I sing all day and I love you through the night"

I've been trying so many different things, painting, realism etc. I forgot how much I absolutely love Cel Shading. It's not the most impressive style out there, but I can stand proud with the best of them when it comes to it. I Platinum P5R!
