my fav thing about tiktok is that the algo still pushes my old ass art to ppl and I get notifications about what I used to draw. I totally forgot how obsessed with nobamaki I was at the beginning of last year

the first akunya i drew near the beginning of the year and the most recent akunya i drew a few months ago hehe
i'm pretty happy with how much progress i had made in my art within the few months between these two
and also technically cause kindred roomba lol

First is from the very beginning of this year. The rest are my more recent ones. Don't think much has changed aside from now drawing Ace Attorney characters and not just Madness stuff.

Beginning of 2022 to now.

I think the colors I chose in addition to the depth of my pieces have definitely changed. I’ve improved a lot but still of course always a work in progress.

The evolution continues.

The values you fight for can hurt you, but you discover the remedies in the most brutal moments. Flavia had thought the end was near, but the first day of her new life was now beginning.

top two -- beginning of 2022
bottom two -- now-ish

Obviously one might need more examples to see this; buuuut i can def say i think both my anatomy and understanding of depth/perspective and lighting/shading have improved. style has also become more clean. i think. idk haha??? https://t.co/99njc3zPeI
