i just realized i had eye colour cc downloaded that had bright yellow eyes and im like .. i couldve given those to emmanuel instead of a desaturated eye colour in replacement

make a very basic shape of the head, you can add lines for placement of the eyes/ears, a triangle for the nose, then use a few more sketch layers to define detail
