I do a LOT in the rough stages and it still looks terrible, because this is the base of the final painting. Then I did a separate layer of smudging for my warp effect; I penciled a rough outline of where smoke should go, then smudged it around (sample all layers).

I want to do outline and go to Value Lack-san style but when i do solid outline i cant push this to go back to that value painty style

maybe I try opposite way next time because I suffer when try coloring this but good luck that it can come out like this
