Convert to vector, which would round out all the linework with this smooth very 90s/00s clip-art style.

i've been spending the last couple of days rewatching Cosmic Baton Girl Comet-san and honestly it is one of the most underrated early 00s magical girl shows. it has it's own little issues, but overall i highly recommend it for some nice wholesome magical girl content!
