Kabuto with centipede kinda makes the most sense since with the centipede’s hard shell and rope like nature, it can curl up and form parts of Kabuto’s armor. I picture a form similar to another Kabuto. (Then again I could be watching too much Overlord)

Following the Xedqan post; one of my headcanon is that Ironhide’s “parents” (creators) made him a small bracelet with his name on it that he carries under his wrist armor. He often looks at it after a rough battle as it reminds him of the bit of peace he once knew.
