okay cosplay twt i need some help. im thinking about cosplaying velvet crowe and would like to make her shirt and shorts.
I don't know how I'd make the silver section and decal on her shirt, though. And I'm not sure how I'd make the ripped fabric stay in place. Any ideas or tips?
