I’m never really active, but I’ve been experimenting with art styles and eye styles for a while and I was just wondering if anyone could critique or give some tips on shading and highlights. :)

Pretty good start, some shapes are too spiky/odd in shape in general, I would avoid having so many spikes/strands for the hair personally, as long as removing the lines that go into the hair and the highlights. Hat shape feels a bit odd, kinda like it was pasted on later the fact

I'm planning to play and rank all of the SAGE 2020 games. I'll be fully objective and unbiased. It'll be fun👌

Also check out Kirby's Adventure Halloween Romhack. It wasn't in the trailer but will most definitely be one of the event highlights.

Don’t worry, I used to abuse circles too while drawing characters. And I also used to use black for shadows and white for highlights. Which as you can imagine didn’t turn out looking so nice.

I would like to thanks for posting the guideline for drawing curly hair shadows and highlights. I just turned 28 last month so I thought I challenge myself by adding more detail to my art.

Starting in 1984, Epyx's "Summer Games" kicked off a successful run of olympiad-style competitive games for the The series continued yearly until 1988, with Winter and World Games being highlights.

The original is the most nostalgic for me though, which is your favorite?

Alright, so I'm not the best at explaining things, but the most important part of lighting are your shadows and highlights. That's how you define shapes. Unless you're going for horror, you want to keep your primary (key) light at least 45 degrees away from camera...

Stone Ocean has probably some of the best fight choreography in JoJo. I wanted to make a thread of some of my personal highlights.
