The rooftop conversation scene is genuinely one of the best scenes in Crossbell duology (or even the Trails saga, for that matter) and made even better with this song. It's very sweet and nostalgic. Calming, but with a hint of melancholy.

I have this idea for a style that is kind of a mix of "80's soft girl's toys illustration" & "occultist ink scrawlings".... but a mix that neither makes the soft-illustration less cutesy, & the occult bits less holy.

I'm not sure how to bring this to life but I'm working on it.
