By the PS4 and PS5 era, rentals became impossible for hopping gamers like me. Strict DRM, limited titles, long installs, and shared saves killed mobility. The freedom of plug-and-play was gone. Modern consoles just aren’t worth the hopping hassle.
It is how it is.
In Indonesia’s PS2 rental era, gamers brought their own memory cards, jumped between shops, and played pirated discs freely. You didn’t need to own a console. Just "plug, play, and go". It was gaming on the move, cheap and surprisingly personal.

There's a serious problem happening on traditional Chinese subtitles of EP.4, where V/Ox sings Al being his bxxxxxxxx bxxxx, the subtitles just write nikubenki (exclusive word for porn, means meat urinal, tool for sex) ->
