Miko has one daughter - Yukina Nakamura. Biologically the child of Sachiko and a male, Ascendant donor, Miko gave birth to her as a surrogate in August 2014.

She was not the first attempt, though...which made Yukina all the more precious to her

Miko rides a scooter! The one mostly drawn in pics has been the one she's had in adulthood, based off a 2011 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport (but not really and also modded lol)

Miko has *incredible* memory, far beyond anyone else (*except maybe one other but they are spoilers). She can literally recall any moment in time with ease....and the thought of misremembering something REALLY bothers her, actually.
