Sure, the other characters have a vague recollection of him but it’s apparent that Tsugumi retains her memories.

After about a week or two of work, I finally did it!
I drew the Fun Gang/$!$! Squad/Lancer Fanclub in the style of Kubinashi Recollection, complete with three little mockups.

Just read Nonya's recollection. Yeah I really did not like her personality at all. Not a fan of young children characters trying to be the greatest merchant ever. And I really did not like her bad temper with people.
