I've never really shared my shading process:
Everything is done in desaturated purple, set on a multiply layer above my flats. This allows me to not only speed up the process, but concentrate on lights and shadows.
...Also, enjoy the abs lol

So i just found out the spread in ch 34 might be a foreshadowing to how the quincy will appeared; SHADOWS.

Kubo draws Ichigo & Uryu together, but the strange part is, he draws Uryu as if he's a shadow of Ichigo. And then... this "shadow" is confirmed in TYBW arc. 🤯💥
