I hate when people come over unannounced. I don't care if I have nothing on my schedule I need time to prepare my mind for social interaction. You come over without warning and my mind doesn't have that time to prep.

When I have a meltdown or I shut down it's very rarely caused by just one thing. It's a build up of a bunch of little things others may not notice. They eat away at my spoons until I have none left, and I just can't handle anything anymore.
