Today's Pokemon Gyaru is Simipour!
While from a base start, the Elemental monkeys are the Wise Monkeys; Especially when you compare her to the others, who are clearly based on delinquents ( One is even 'Yanakkie,' with a large pompadour.) It's safe to say she is based on Kogals!
