@jkaljundi Sorry for not responding your earlier tweet... But here's the same change in temperatures as a map.
You can see that essentially the further north you go, the more warming you get = a phenomenon called Arctic amplification.
So I believe Arctic amplification is a key word here.
With temperatures heading into the teens this weekend, I'm dreaming of warmer weather. This painting is heading to #Florida for the @LighthouseArtC's 8th Annual Plein Air Festival.

@amkitani @SHelmigh @fannyseneart I've been listening to my friends complaining about the insanely hot temperatures at my native country. Meanwhile, I've seen my first snowfall last weekend, temperatures reaching -10 degrees Celsius. Here are 2 drawings I've made years ago that perfectly fit each scenario.
@SHelmigh It's summer where I live so I made these some weeks ago when temperatures were almost 40 degrees celsius

@PuppyDr4ws Here you go! I wasn't sure which colour headband would be better, so I just made two versions. He's decked out in warm Nifl gear, ready to meet the freezing temperatures head on!
Jakobshavn Glacier will definitely bear the brunt of climate change this year
& it won't be a pretty sight.
Disko Bay:
sea ice free 365 days/year
Air temperatures:
10°C warmer than average
Sea surface temperatures:
3°C warmer than average
Predicted summer anomalies:
+6 to 8°C
@fergieweather @bbcpointswest It's hardly surprising; sent to the roof in freezing temperatures, poor little trigger button....
I wanted an electric/ice type so I made one based on how people came up with a way to induce subzero kalvin temperatures by inverting the boltzmann distribution.
Also, it's really fast.

WALREIN’s two massively developed tusks can totally shatter blocks of ice weighing ten tons with one blow. This POKéMON’s thick coat of blubber insulates it from subzero temperatures.

In the episode "Snow Friend", Elinor, Olive, and Ari observe how snow changes at different temperatures. With this winter activity created by https://t.co/q9W2hvSz3C, make your own frozen suncatcher with found nature items and observe how it changes over time!
This carrot antifreeze protein structure (6w78) is one of 219 new entries in the PDB this week. Published @PPPublishing Biochem J, it supports understanding of how ice-binding proteins help protect plants in freezing temperatures. View all new entries: https://t.co/54E03LeH5m
More cold art!
Thankfully the worst is behind us, seems like the weather will go back to sane temperatures soon!
Characteruary 18: Fire Mage
Conjurer of flames, and beholder of high temperatures
She cats flames on her enemies, and has a smile that says "I hacked into your accounts in your sleep"

When a disturbed and dislocated #PolarVortex is parked right over you as it is for #Siberia, you get extraordinarily cold temperatures! 🥶
Elizabeth's suit is made of special materials.
It is resistant to heat and cold temperatures, it also gives her slight resistances to electricity and it's also very bulletproof.
It is almost indestructible, but it can be destroyed by other means like very strong ki blast ect.
Finally they are warmed!!! Thank u for helping them break thru the freezing temperatures and indecision.
DId you know it SNOWED a little bit here in Dallas earlier this week?
Chip and Nug don't know how to deal with these kind of temperatures! What can they do to keep warm?! (Poll in next tweet!)
Dragon bellies fill with fire and hot gas, and Sapph Dragon's belly burns exceptionally hot. One reason he needs to eat so much is because his flame is always roiling at extremely high temperatures.
