Isn't my favourite but she's one of my favourites. Her name is Aunt Acid. She's inspired by typical mid 70-80 spy villains, with claw hands and leather outhits with sharp letter logos. She's a scientist who messed with robotics and bioengineering.

Batman movies to date have a "monster of the week" approach to the villains, with most being limited to only one movie appearance, with the exception of the Scarecrow cameos on Nolan's trilogy.

The craftsmanship of animators back in 1961 was pretty darn impressive. A family movie with a fairly disturbing plot, featuring one of the studio's most iconic villains, Cruella de Vil.
