Day 21, traditional redraw!
Citrus and I had Minun and Plusle ocs back in the day, and we drew them all the time. My Plusle oc was made with royal blue fur rather than the usual red, because royal blue was my favorite color, and I didn't care for red.

Then the outlines, probably the most unique part about it.
They are really huge, obviously. But they get thinner around the face and chest areas.
They often also form spikes sometimes.
Shadows and the outlines are always the same color, to be exact.
