Where did the annoucement said they are going to adapt 110 chapters in 2 movies?

Imma just wait and see what they mean when it comes to adapting the rest of the series in 2 movies.

For all we know, they could both be either very long movies or the two movies only cover the rest of the tournament with another movie covering the brazil/pro league arc.
