Not sure if this is an upgrade or a downgrade... I still feel my brush strokes are super stiff... and work hasn't improved much. I can't step away from the same body structure and lacks in gesture and shape.

OMG this looks great! One thing you might want to do some studies on is the muscles between the ribcage and legs, I like to think of the ribcage as like a female end of a bionicle ball joint with the male end hips being tucked inside. So less of a V and more of an X shape.
