I have to re-arrange the background panels into a new order, so I split the background layer into three separate layers (one for each panel).

I do this by drawing a square selection over the first two panels, then right click and select Layer Via Cut.

Then move into place.

I shifted the hue to check if I got the colours right and I was surprised to see it didn't look that far off, the only thing that got me is that I thought the eyes looked a little bit too light, but that's about it (+ version without background)
