Here's how the face changed. It is *very* different from before. I kinda wish a little bit of the old one could be found in the remodel, but she is great nonetheless. Note that the face markings were also initially on the old version, so this is a bit of a return to origins too.

Looking at his promo art, concept art & model, there are definitely differences in the rendering of his hair. IMO the promo art (& to a lesser extent the concept art) shows a lack of understanding about hair black types & the implied style. The in-game model is pretty successful.
