Ah, fun show. Direct sequel to Zeta, but nothing alike in tone, at least to begin with. Very solid once it finds it's feet, but has many of the same issues for me as Zeta including a similar vague "sequence of events" plot without much of a backbone. 1/2

James the Red Engine. It's just boring and the illustrations aren't that interesting. Plus the only story I like in it is rendered semi-non-canon by the infamous 'loop line' plot hole.

Finished No Game No Life volume 6. I've watched the movie twice so I knew the plot well already but I still wasn't prepared for the Proper Noun Overload in the second half lol. Still, it's regarded as one of the peaks of the franchise for a reason: Great themes, creative world.
