It's not just that Mushi-Shi is gorgeous but that each episode is like a literal clinic in masterful storytelling. Mushi-Shi manages to tell incredibly powerful and emotionally resonant tales *every episode* in the span of 23 minutes. It is astounding what they manage to pull off
