Actually, looking back, his dragon form changed the most of almost any character I have... Going from a lanky noodly guy to a bit more of a traditional dragon by XIV standards

I am probably not the first to notice this but I haven't found any similar tweets pointing this out. The chest detail on a shadowy husk/standart bearer is pretty similar to Kaeyas cape thing, further hinting at his origin.
