I saw a good ref from artstation with a rotateable 3D head and light.

on head no 3, the slight gradation really helps give the form shape, for when the light is direction is almost perpendicular to the normal of the face plane

The face was difficult to draw, I don't have that part in the brain to draw something like that, and in the end, the face turned out a bit empty.
It was interesting to do something so different, I'll try to do more different stuff.
I also massively failed drawing cloths.

I draw! Both digital and traditional. Art I post online is for fun. Primarily draw ocs and fan art + portraits. ._. 1st is digital, middle 2 are traditional (watercolor + ink, 3rd is ink and colored pencil), 4th is digital using my face for pose ref practice. Still learning. 🙂
