I usually send two WIP images to clients for icon commissions. (Unless requested otherwise!)

No. 1 is the sketch after the initial description given by the client. No. 2 is to check colours/markings are accurate. 😊

For the first prompt... My interpretation of Violetshine! I always imagine her as long furred, idk if she actually is. And purple eyes. Of course. Markings to make it look like she has tears all the time, cause she was very emotional, even if she didn't really show it.

Simple means minimal markings and sometimes fewer colors used. Easy and pleasing on the eyes!

5 or less colors with larger markings or simple gradients. Like large splotches instead of stripes and spots if that makes sense. Just very easy to recreate markings so flat colors alone don’t take more time than shading. (Using my sona as an example, art by peaceskyy.)

For the most part she’s been a red panda, just because.. no real reason. I don’t really have any attachment to the animals either but like, pine martens are adorable ;^;

I don’t want to change her markings though
