Pretty darn good day on the gulf. Snagged 2 black tip reef sharks, 5 mackerel for dinner, a handful of blue runners, yellowtail, and snapper. Lastly we would have had 8 mackerel, but 3 were taxed by a 6-foot barracuda that followed us around.

My art this year was all over the place, stylistically, with a huge amount of drawing being done on donated photos. I'm glad i have at least a handful of fully drawn pieces that i'm happy with. Hopefully more of a mix of both next year!

Here's a handful of illustrations I did for an Explorer's expedition book. I've done 18 of these now. These are very fun to do, I use the Polygon lasso tool to draw shapes, and then I play with a couple of different brushes and build up the layers. It's quick and I did 3 this eve
