Whenever Akio's car is summoned for a duel, it shows up in a ludicrous place. The only exception is when it's used in episode 30, The Barefoot Girl, and it's Utena that gets in the car with him. Nothing fantastical ever occurs in Akio's scenes with Utena. They are...mundane.
