実は1884年に出版された岩川
友太郎著の『生物学語彙』で
誤記があり、「カ」字が抜け
落ちて拡散・定着しました。

ゴキだけに誤記ですね。

「人も獣も天地の虫」編に登場する「小政」。その親分はもちろん、清水の次郎長親分です。この大親分は、江戸末期のみならず明治以降もその名を響かせた存在。その次郎長が、一般にも有名になったのは明治17（1884）年、養子となった天田愚庵（天田五郎）が著書「東海遊侠伝」を出版して以降。
