Finally got a diagnosis for some of the stuff that's been plaguing me so I can finally start taking medication. That means that, hopefully, I'll come back to streaming healthier than I've left. Take care of yourselves my loves.

The diagnosis helps me to understand me better + everything makes more sense now. I have quiet BPD. I struggle w it everyday.
Unfortunately is it hard to get an therapist here. I will going to DBT next year.

I've got ADHD, depression, ptsd, got diagnosed with panic disorder and I highly suspect I might have BPD, but I haven't been able to get a diagnosis yet :(

Recently some meds have helped my emotions stay more stable though 💕

Howdy hey I'm Mecaela, I got a diagnosis of BPD a few years ago, i did have "treatment" like meds but what I need is One on one DBT but it is basically impossible to get here🇨🇦 so I'm just kinda existing with it, taking the highs and lows as they come I give you all hugs💕💕💕

2. I gain access to disability accommodations. I have a disability accommodation for college and it helps. I don't have to get over stressed and overworked. And teachers know what I'm going through. I can't access that without a diagnosis on file

So, at the ripe age of 29, I finally managed to get an official diagnosis--it's official, I have autism, and ADHD!

In a way it's something to celebrate for me, I finally have an explanation for all my struggles over the years.
